How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

• Processing takes up to 2-3 business days not including the day you ordered, shipping is 1-3 Business days, depending on location.

• FUR PRODUCTS ONLY-  IS up to 7-10 business days to process & ship.  

• Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available immediately.

Can I make changes to my order?

• Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete.

Are samples of the hair available?

• No, we don't offer hair samples.

Do you offer refunds?​

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

• Once packages are dropped off at Fed Ex/ USPS, we no longer have control, please contact FED EX/USPS  for further details once you receive tracking number.
